🏡 House Rules – La Villa Martinière
(Please read carefully before and during your stay)
🌙 Rule 1 – Respect the neighbors and maintain quiet
La Villa Martinière is located in a peaceful environment. Please help us preserve the tranquility of the property and our neighbors.

No excessive shouting, loud music, or honking.

Outdoor speakers are allowed only if directed towards the fields.
⚠️ To ensure everyone’s comfort, the villa is equipped with a MINUT M3 sensor.
This Airbnb-certified device measures noise levels, triggers an alert if the threshold is exceeded (92 dB), and notifies the owner.
It does not record voices or specific sounds; it is only a tool to prevent noise disturbances while respecting your privacy.
Any abuse may have consequences. A detailed report may be generated.
🔥 Rule 2 – Safety: No open flames or smoking
For obvious safety and fire prevention reasons:

No open flames are allowed: no charcoal barbecues, no fireworks.

The interior of the villa is strictly non-smoking.
The villa is equipped with a Type 4 fire alarm with smoke detector.
🧰 Rule 3 – Report any breakage or damage
Please inform François immediately in case of breakage, damage, or equipment issues (dishes, furniture, appliances, etc.).
🗑️ Rule 4 – Waste management and recycling
We count on you to respect recycling rules and leave the villa clean:
Black bin (household waste): kitchen → container at the villa exit.
Yellow bin (cardboard, plastics): yellow bags to be dropped at the Voluntary Drop-Off Point (800 m from the villa – turn left twice on exiting).
Glass: also to be deposited at the Voluntary Drop-Off Point.
🪑 Rule 5 – Furniture and equipment cleanliness
Before departure:
Return indoor and outdoor furniture to its original place.
Clean the plancha after use.
These simple gestures ensure a high-quality stay for future guests.
🧺 Rule 6 – House linen
Before departure:
Remove bed sheets (covers and pillowcases) — except mattress protectors — and place them at the foot of the beds.
Gather towels in a pile at the foot of the beds as well.
Strictly prohibited: setting off fireworks & throwing confetti.
